Job Summary:
The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree in civil engineering, minimum of 15 years gulf countries working experience in Steel structural and PEB, out of which 5 years with similar role.
1. Managing all marketing functions to include the vision, strategy and execution.
2. Overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy.
3. Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad company goals and objectives.
4. Communicate and align Sales and Marketing Teams with company mission, vision, Policies and objectives
5. Develop and execute Strategic planning including positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and implement the best market-penetration strategy
6. Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets.
7. Design an Effective sales and marketing organization, including job roles, sales channels, Targets Cascading and required measurements.
8. Oversee market and customer research for market and product requirements, interface with engineering for product development, product pricing and product lifecycle management.
9. Directs overall policy towards sales and marketing goals setting procedures and policies while continuously evaluating existing practices for necessary enhancements.
10. Develop and manage the customer relationship management process in order to respond to customer needs and complaints.
11. Develop and manage the company's entire marketing and Sales budget.
12. Conduct Meetings with key clients; local, regional, or national when required to build and maintaining relationships.
13. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, product mix, and other key financial performance objectives.
14. Oversee sales teams’ performance in order to meet the targets, coupled with developing and maintaining a database of potential and existing customers.
15. Qualify leads and focus on opportunities with maximum financial and strategic impact
16. Direct the analysis of sales and business development on a monthly basis
17. Lead learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and provides stewardship of sales and sales management talent. Through active, productive partnerships with Human Resources
18. Conduct regular meetings with the Division managers to remain up to date on the status of each area of the company.
19. Perform all other duties as maybe directed by CEO from time to time.
