• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with required departments within the ministries or offices of Labor, Immigration, Municipality, Public Works, Civil Defense, Etisalat, Water and Electricity, Chamber(s) of Commerce, Health, , Traffic and Licensing, and Planning so that any government-related transactions for the firm and its employees are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Arrange and prepare all necessary documents, copies, charts, and drawings to present to the government for approval.
• Obtain approval from the relevant authorities and processes documents for new, re-hired, and terminated employees including issuance of labor guarantees, labor cards, health cards, and contracts.
• Coordinate with appropriate agency for arrangement of labor inspections. Check for anomalies in the labor list and provide appropriate information and documentation to rectify discrepancies.
• Prepare and present required documents to obtain, renew, and cancel entry permits (e.g., transit, visit, employment, group, and residence) for firm employees and their immediate family members.
• Coordinate obtaining foreign visas for employees travelling on business trips.
• Liaise with the appropriate authorities to obtain, renew, change, or cancel in part or full the activities on the trade license and company registration.
• Submit business visa applications to various embassies based Saudi Arabia.
• Keep abreast of changes in local laws and ensures compliance with these laws.
• Complete special projects regarding various issues as needed.
