The Role:
To lead and manage Fiber Delivery division with all related activities and resources to achieve Zain targets and objectives.
The Responsabilities:
Fiber Projects Delivery:
* Overall responsible for all Fiber project activities.
* Managing the project delivery team through the whole project cycle starting from initiation up to closing phase.
* Works closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure deliverables can be met from a deadline perspective.
* Review and approve the PIP and responsibility matrix between Zain and vendors.
* Works closely with vendors/suppliers to ensure deliverables can be met from a deadline perspective.
* Follow up with other Zain different departments (Planning, Operation, Facilities ... etc.) to close all related issues.
* Investigates aspects relating to the projects, arrange with planning to determine the solutions needed and the best manner in which to carry them out.
Communication and Reporting:
* Arrange and lead all projects related communications with internal and external stakeholders.
* Escalations and raise flags to identify possible risks.
* Managing fiber Projects reporting.
Team management:
* Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm for Fiber Delivery team.
* Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Fiber Delivery team.
Plan, manage and review individual performance and
* provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary.
* Ensure that Fiber Delivery Team complies with Zain policies, processes, practices, systems and maintain Zain's high standard of work and work ethics.
* Enhancing direct reports human and technical competences and skills to assure equipping them with needed tools to guarantee high fulfillment of their tasks.
* Providing the team the correct atmosphere to deliver their assignments.
Vendors management:
* Monitoring Vendor overall performance to assure meeting Zain target and avoiding over-runs that could occur due to bad execution of their plans.
