The Role:
To drive digital initiative at Technology Group aligned with company digital strategy and plan.
The Responsibilities:
Operation Management:
*
Oversee the technological work streams of the digital transformation program
*
Implement processes, documentation, and governance where appropriate and champion these throughout the program
*
Lead and motivate internal teams, clients, 3rd parties, and stakeholders
*
Work closely with various internal teams - including technology, network, marketing, sales, customer care and others
*
Lead the IT enablement of new digital services and products
* Establish digital best practices and promote digital expertise growth across the organization
Project Management:
*
Define the Technology roadmap in accordance with Technology trends, business requirements
*
Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage the risks
* Produce performance and tracking resorts for management
People Management:
*
Defining job descriptions, setting goals and evaluate the resources
*
Manage team work load and supervise in day to day tasks and projects
*
Monitoring attendances, vacation plans and defining on call duties
*
Directly involve in hiring of full time/ Trainee employees
Planning & Budgeting:
*
Plan, Define and maintain Capex & Opex budget
*
Coordination with procurement and vendors for PO issuance process which includes RFP/RFI/RFQ, evaluation and negotiations.
* Follow-up's with vendors for RFP/RFQ
