. Always follows & adheres to the approved FSM SOPs.
. Immediately reports non-conformance to his direct manager and execute subsequent actions.
. Prepares and communicate reports for all housekeeping activities in a monthly basis.
. Builds personal hygiene awareness in the plant by giving feedback on the spot, coaching etc….
. Manages and controls all cleaning materials & equipment.
. Effectively implements cleaning plan in operation, W/H, Utilities, offices and housekeeping monitoring.
. Makes sure that we have a timely monitoring of the waste tank & garbage disposal
. Monitors the cleaning contractors and insuring the planned schedule is followed strictly.
. Provides good handover before his absence.
. Provides supports and flexibility to support the business.
. Participates in Kaizen events twice per year. One in any quarter at a time.
. Complies with Safety Standards and Procedures in Quality department.
. Maintains 100% completion of his ongoing FSM actions plan on time.
