We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s team based in Riyadh, KSA.
The company is one of the leading distributors for major global manufacturers in the Healthcare industry. With their Headquarter in Riyadh, and offices in Jeddah, Dammam and Dubai, they represent manufacturers from over 20 countries across the globe.
You will join an established team and be responsible for full inbound and outbound operations ensuring quality and safety is maintained to the highest standards.
- We’re looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing with extensive work in inventory management and control.
- You must have excellent communication skills (Arabic and English)
- You must be currently based in KSA.
You will be responsibilities to :
- Manage flow of all goods to/from the BTC warehouses
- Oversee proper functioning of warehouse staff
- Ensure correct recording of all inventory inflows/outflows
- Supervise warehouse status daily to ensure proper layout and storage conditions
- Review and upgrade warehouse layout and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize utilization of space while optimizing efficiency
- Coordinate with sales team and clients for timely and effective delivery of shipments
- Maintain and improve relationships with logistics service providers (heavy equipment rental, transportation service, etc.)
- Report directly to the Logistics Manager with timely inventory and delivery reports, and action plans.
Compensation:
SAR 6,000 - 6,500 (Basic) + Housing Allowance (25%) + Transportation Allowance (10% or Company Car) + Telecom Allowance + Medical Insurance + Tickets
Annual bonus: Based on performance evaluation, as per company bonus scheme
