Strategy, Planning & Policy
• Develop organisation development initiatives that are closely aligned with Holdco’s overall business strategy and objectives.
• Develop short and long-term departmental goals, policies, and operating procedures in consultation with the Manager Human Resources.
Operations
• Assess the existing organisation structure/culture and design and maintain new organisation structure/culture.
• Perform change manage activities in support of major organisational changes and organisation wide initiatives including developing ways to involve managers and staff in change programs.
• Provide and recommend diagnostics and tools for understanding behavioral change and cultural challenges and designing intervention solutions.
• Align employees to jobs to HR System including rollout of SAP HCM
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys / organisation cultural assessment questionnaires to assess the working environment, and advise the management if issues need to be resolved and facilitate the implementation of the solution.
People Management
• Coordinates with SBUs for training and development for OD and culture related skills
