A leading name in the real estate industry is urgently hiring a Sales Operations Manager to join their team in Jeddah. Reporting to the Director for Home Development operations, you will handle all villa/unit sales in both Jeddah and Riyadh through managing the company external sales agents.
Additionally you will be responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits, supervising real estate sales agents, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry, develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale, assist the organization gain a better market share by identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies
