Job Purpose:
Sales of Surgical range, development of potential customers and the acquisition of new customers. Deliver the company strategy for the whole surgical product range in the Operation Theater (OT) as well as in the clinics with ophthalmologists & the rest of the OT staff & professionals.
Major Accountabilities:
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Full accountability of territory (sales, distribution, active customers, market share…)
Responsible for delivering sales targets according to set budget.
Delivering and implementing company strategy.
Support marketing in delivering programs.
Customer development and care through implementation of tailored support and activities.
Launch of new products.
Training of staff in Operation Theatre on our surgical product range.
Refractive Equipment manager is responsible for forwarding adverse events, events of special interest and product complaints to the LVR once he/she is aware about and within once calendar day of receipt
Key Performance Indicators:
Sales target, Distribution, Active Customers
Number of visits vs target
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting accuracy.
Customer/Key account Satisfaction.
Promoting the latest technology
Free goods, trial of the new products in the Operation Theatre.
Promoting new cataract packs and accessories in the Operation theatre.
