• Responsible for answering customer queries for lifts and complaints and dealing with them effectively
• Liaise between client and other departments to provide most suitable service according to client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
Create a new customer base through continuous relations building
• Manage order cycle to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Ensure that invoices and delivery notes are submitted to customer accordingly
• Ensure all activities adhere to branding standards, best practices and ISO 9001 : 2008
• Prepare expense report and monthly sales reports
• Seek for continuous improvement by get customers’ feedback, assess their satisfaction and implement corrective actions if necessary
• Maintain good business relationship with customers and suppliers
• Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
• Participate in trade shows and conventions.
• Perform additional work as required by Management
