Manage, Supervise and develop Operations in HVAC Equipment and Air Devices ensuring they are technically competent to achieve the company objectives.
Manage, Supervise and develop Operations in Refrigeration, construction, Electrical Design and R&D Dept. activities to achieve the company objectives.
Ensures continuous process improvement and maintaining feedback channel from the Shop-Floor Operator, the Operations Managers and Production Teams.
Direct, review, and approve product designs, BOM’s and changes and provide product support to the field and manufacturing organizations.
Direct, review, and approve purchase orders and material specifications and provide technical support to procurement organization.
Report directly to the General Manager
