- Research, propose and implement enhancements that will improve reliability, features, and performance of assigned applications
- Manage and maintain the company’s ERP system and its supporting systems.
- Perform database maintenance and recovery and upgrades to support business functions
- Assist departments in developing custom reports: Crystal reports Provide instructions, training and support to ERP system end-users
- Establish and actively monitor database processes and periodic maintenance tasks Assist with clustering, migration, and failover activities Partner with ERP system consultant
- Conduct routine periodic activities in ERP system to provide supporting information for organization and management.
- Ensure ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
- Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system every day.
