The purpose of this position to provide human resource advice to Hiring Managers and employees covering all areas of the employee life cycle including performance, disciplinary, grievance and attendance management consistent with employee standards, legislation and guidelines.
Manages end-to-end and timely closure of disciplinary, performance, reward, talent, grievance cases and absence management for all employees and escalates cases, as required, to the HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.
Actions on-boarding requirements within their contracts and delivers quality induction; programs, ensuring verification of attendance at induction is recorded and date of joining confirmation provided to the Shared Service.
Supports the annual pay review process and ensures performance rating data an disciplinary information is readily available to people managers.
Conducts exit interviews and ensures accuracy of data collected and reviews and reports on trends.
Undertakes analysis of people related metrics, data and trends, provides recommendations to the HR Manager, and regularly communicates with people managers to address identified
employee relations issues across the business.
