The Legal Assistant will be responsible for carrying out duties in a legal setting under the guidance of the Manager, including giving legal advice, researching information, drafting agreements and contracts and filing documentation and records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Identify appropriate laws, judicial decisions, legal articles, and other materials for assigned tasks
2. Conduct research in legal matters
3. Prepare various contracts and agreements
4. Write legal drafts and create legal correspondence
5. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
6. Organize and track files and make them available and easily accessible to the Manager
Qualifications
Education -
- Diploma in law (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience -
- Proven working experience of at least three years as legal assistant
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
- Computer literacy
- Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure

Language Skills - Impressive communication skills and strong verbal and written English communication skills. Similar Arabic skills preferred. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
