• Implement best-practice with regard to payroll and employee relations.
• Supervise and monitor the personnel records, including time attendance, performance reviews, transfers and termination date and reason.
• Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints and pay disputes.
• Review personnel transactions regarding hiring, promotion, termination, etc.
• Manage the preparation of monthly payroll sheets and the payroll distribution process.
• Regularly communicate with Accounting Division to support accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure that personal actions are properly documented and information for payroll and other uses are provided in the employee files.
• Coordinate for required approvals for payroll and related activities.
• post salary in bank system for final approval
• post salary file to labor office website for (wage protection system)
