1. Monitoring and controlling of production activities, personnel and process in Bakery Factory.
2. Planning and scheduling
3. Ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of plant and premises
4. Identification of Maintenance issues and Red tagging
5. Adherence to process parameters / norms / specifications
6. WIP inventory monitoring
7. Monitoring and controlling the rejections / Losses
8. Monitoring the consumption of Consumables
9. Manpower Scheduling and control
10. Maintain GMP
11. Reports
1) Daily review of Production of bakery section
2) Daily Abnormalities report of bakery
3) Wastage reports line wise
4) In process Materials stock report if any.
