-Increase volume & profit from the assigned customer base.
-Maintaining relationships with local and overseas client and relevant counterparts as appropriate, championing their needs and driving teamwork within the sales & service delivery organization.
-Recommend product development initiatives driven by knowledge of client needs to trade & marketing as appropriate.
-Execute the sales plan, meet and exceed the business targets outlined in the KPI’s.
-Prepare and pre-plan sales visits, update relevant reporting system daily with good data.
-Build/create new relationships with potential customers while marinating, developing and following up with current ones.
-Proactively map the market and identify the target segments.
-Actively develop new clients in predefined target segments.
-Consistently pursue lost customers to meet the sales budgets.
-Respond to all overseas queries regarding service in Saudi Arabia cluster
-Perform local direct handled Key Customer communication.
