Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager (Head of Marketing)
Reports to: Head of Communications
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Location: Major Bank in Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, guide and train the marketing communication team
* Ensure brand guidelines are applied to any external and internal communication
* Manage and work as a team on delivering day to day Marketing activities
* Manage the inflow and outflow of jobs and controlling the quality of the content and art work delivered by participating in all communication team meetings
* Make sure all marketing material for the bank is well presented and updated
* Ensure that innovative concepts are produced to effectively compete with other banks
* Consulting the different business lines in the necessary budgets to be allocated for all activities
* Closely follow the Product and/or service life cycle to proactively come up with marketing strategies that will improve the customer experience
* Set the criteria for required monitoring reports in order to have regular visibility over the ongoing activities/projects
* Producing the necessary tools required to ensure customer service excellence and a smooth banking experience
* Deal with any conflicts and solving them to ensure a positive working environment
* Conduct regular brainstorm sessions with the team to come up with new and innovative ideas
* Meet with the team on a regular basis both individually and as a group to keep synergy, team spirit and quality standards
* Close involvement with every team member to coach and direct them and make sure they are on the right path
* Preparing with the support of the Research & Analytics Team the post implementation report for each activity/campaign
