A large family group business in KSA is seeking a Senior Training Manager to support the development of the leadership and employee team.

Description
The Senior Training Manager will be responsible for maximising employee potential and developing the leadership team through effective training & development methods.
- Execute learning & development strategy, working with the executive team to meet the business needs
- Provide a comprehensive leadership development programme for all levels within the business
- Develop performance management programmes and assessment tools
- Design and deliver soft skills training for all levels and work with external vendors on technical training
- Manage training & development budgets
- Implement coaching and mentoring programmes
Profile
Suitable candidates will have at least 10 years experience in a similar role including management experience
- Proven ability to tailor and deliver training sessions for all levels
- Fluent in competency models, assessment approaches and coaching methodologies
- Experience in a fast paced, matrixed environment
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and provide learning strategies for senior leaders
- Commercially minded
- Industry experience - oil & gas, construction, engineering
