-Work with procurement manager to select products planned for
-Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
-Plan and control the best way to get goods from suppliers to central WH then to distribution centers up to customers stations
-Follow up shipments data and control stock levels and compare results to established objectives
To reach the marketing plans
-Control and manage the stock flaw and suggests related solution
-Look at ways to improve supply chain networks
-Monitor overall performance to make sure targets are being met
-Prepare forecasts and inventories for reports to the company's management team
-Recruit, train and manage a team of supply chain staff
