• The Training Manager is responsible for assessing Operations developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify suitable training solutions for employees and line managers and team leaders.
• Develop and publish a training calendar and track participation and effectiveness of training programs offered.
• Provide training resources as part of the onboarding process and ensuring new employees are provided with the training.
• Evaluate current processes and procedures and update our procedure manuals with best standard practices to be communicated to existing and new employees and line managers and team leaders.
