ROLE PURPOSE:
To carry out training responsibilities using established methods and instruments, matches needs to solutions and implement training activities. To also design and deliver training programs tools and techniques.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
Analysis of Training Needs
* Identify, analyse and classify training needs based on assessment survey in IDB Member Countries and categorizes these needs by themes and priority.
* Prepare learning and training objectives and methods.
 
Programme Planning
* Prepare courses to meet training needs, together with the required material.
* Supervises organization of other regular training programs as planned in cooperation with the collaborating institution, and collects and analyzes training-related data and makes recommendations to support management decision-making regarding training activities.
* Supervise training programs for trainers in collaboration with reputed Training Institutions and Centers of Excellency in and outside IDB Member Countries.
* Assist in the design of nomination criteria, and the process of soliciting appropriate nominations of people, to match identified courses or other development activities.
 
Course Material
* Assist in developing Training Packages, materials and Programs on Islamic Economics and Finance in-order to fit the identified needs of target users.
 
Course Delivery
* Tutor effectively on core programmes, using established curricula and materials
 
Evaluation
* Administer post-course evaluation of learning, and act on findings to improve training provisions as required.
 
Reporting
* Prepare and present regular progress report to brief IRTI Seniors about the work flow and issues if any
