• Apply a program approach to risk management to address the risk at the program level.
• Ensure the interdependence between projects is evaluated in the program-level study.
• Ensure that the results of these studies are the program risk register and also reflected in the individual project risk registers.
• Ensure the program risks are be managed and reported the same way as that of projects.
• Ensure that each project includes for the implementation of its own Project level risk management.
• The PRM will be responsible to submit all key risk management documents for PMOD’s review.
• The PRM will be responsible for scheduling PRM events/review meetings, soliciting an approved facilitator from PMOD or consultants for PRM workshop facilitations services
• The PRM will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining an up-to-date Risk Register, monitoring actions for completion and effectiveness as part of ongoing monitoring and control activities.
