- Ensure correct accounting of unbilled revenue (Work in Progress) to reflect fair performance of the organization every month.
- Ensure invoices raised are accounted correctly and unbilled revenue reversed.
- Constantly review the A/R balances and highlight any delinquency.
- Maintain all documentation to substantiate all invoicing.
- Ensure the A/R ledger balance is reconciled with the control account at all times.
- Inform invoicing section of any receivables claims not invoiced or of any wrong invoicing.
- Inform Sales staff of impending advances to be collected (household sales), delinquent receivables.
