- Maintain track of future working capital requirements and ensure availability of sufficient funds.
- Maintain daily cash position report including possible future collections and disbursements.
- In consultation with Head of Accounts & CFO, park surplus cash in investments.
- Ensure correct processing of Government & E- Wakala payments.
- Ensure timely availability of cash at all branches.
- Ensure cash collected at branches are deposited in the bank without delay.
- Liaise with bank for all bank related transaction and making available facilities.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, to creditors and to employees their claims.
- Ensure bank accounts are reconciled with bank statements at all times.
