Job description
Searching for an experienced as a payroll accountant to complete the daily payroll operations for the branch, along with sufficient expertise in various accounting jobs.
The primary responsibility will be to issue employee payments, subject to deductions. Undertake payroll and records preparation and contribute to various accounting tasks, such as updating payroll files and generally directing accounting entries.
To succeed in this role, he/she must have strong mathematics skills and knowledge of national laws relating to payroll. If he meets these criteria and has a degree in finance or a similar field, an interview can initially be considered.
Responsibilities
General supervision of employee salaries
net salary calculation.
Make sure payroll documents are accurate
Update general ledger and payroll files
Monitor uncollected leave
Updating attendance schedules and their consequences.
solving payroll problems
Answer employee questions about salaries
Participate in salary audit
Communication with the Banks (general bank transfers, salary transfers, opening workers’ bank accounts, updating labors accounts and ATM cards)
Ensuring compliance of the public and private sectors with payroll accounting, such as wages protection and GOSI
Preparing files, register and general accounting tables for the accounting department

تحديث ومراقبة جداول الحضور والإنصراف وما يترتب عليها من إضافات وخصم وجزآءت وإجازات الموظفين بمختلف مسمياتها.
حل مشاكل كشوف المرتبات
الإجابة عن أسئلة الموظفين المتعلقة بالرواتب
المشاركة في تدقيق الرواتب
التواصل مع البنوك (الحوالات البنكية العامة حوالات الرواتب فتح حسابات العمال البنكية، تحديث حسابات العمال وكروت الصرف الآلي ..)
ضمان الامتثال للقوانين الحكومية المتعلقة بمحاسبة الرواتب كحماية الأجور والتأمينات الإجتماعية
اعداد الملفات والسجلات والجداول المحاسبية العامة لقسم المحاسبة
