Estimates and procures supplies, materials and or equipment, for the purpose of ensuring availability to support and complete project or daily tasks.
Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.
Coordinates all housing and transportation requirements of all employees of the company
Oversees security and housekeeping of company premises ensuring that people are safe, areas are maintained, and facilities are in good working condition according to standards set.
Ensure a well-maintained and proper food service in the Canteen
Direct the day-to-day operations of security personnel.
Serve as a focal point with government agencies in case of any emergency in the Plant.
Participates as needed in special department projects.
Provide required support in any emergencies in the plant premises.
Maintain and implement a housekeeping plan to all building, offices and outside plant premises
Ensure that the housing facilities are maintained in a systematic, professional and sufficient way assuring that the employees’ housing needs are being solved right away.
Guarantees that the transport services, vehicles and drivers are monitored as per schedule while making everyone’s availability flexible to attend any emergency or immediate requirements
From time to time, make a round within the company premises, to assess the immediate requirements of the company in terms of housekeeping, repair, etc.
Provide required support for security services and find areas where to improve the safety and security of the company.
Make a monthly report of the status of all offices (and office equipment), company vehicles, company housing, company security and submit a report to HR and Admin Manager.
Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management.
Directs the activities of General Services section on an ongoing basis.
Supervises and ensures that all Industrial Safety Regulations are abided to by the section staff
Monitors the performance of staff within the section and evaluates their performance in periodic basis (twice a year)
Coordinates with the human resources department to assess training needs and develop yearly training plan for all staff
Delegate responsibilities to appropriate subordinates to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
