• Monitors POS CS Coordinator’s daily activities in handling service requests for POS Installations, Maintenance, Replenishment and Pull-Outs for all Banks within their assigned account and ensures services are always provided according to Surepay standards.
• Work hand in hand with the POS CS Manager in managing POS CSD to its full potential to provide good quality customer support services to all banks.
• Reports any potential infringements of service quality, to the POS CS Manager.
• Ensures accuracy of data entry in the system by POS CS Coordinators.
• Monitor and ensures Completed Service Reports are placed in System within a maximum of 24 hours from providing any Service.
• Bachelor , Master’s Degree in Business Administration field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in POS Maintenance Service is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, self-starter who has strong technical skills analysis is an advantage.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Outlook.
• Ability to work with people and provide training wherever necessary.
