-Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
-Supervise and coordinate the installation and configuration activities of servers and workstations to ensure business continuity
-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
-Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
-Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media
-Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies
-Decide on software and hardware replacements, modifications and upgrades to improve performance
-Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
-Establish and maintain a database of all system incidents, issues and action taken
-Follow up on unresolved issues, and recommend on actions to be taken accordingly to ensure adequate and timely resolution
-Setting preventive maintenance schedules to remote site and following up on the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
-Supervise the administration of employees’ user accounts to ensure adherence to the set policies and procedures
-Resolve ERP and related systems incident tickets, manage and provide user support
-Provide base training and troubleshooting for offices and remote users
-Help organize, run and document various ERP meetings and other meetings as requested
-Thoroughly understands ERP subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels across the company
-Works with end users on all functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements
-Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
-Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
-Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the IT Manager
-Prepare periodic reports with respect to the function’s activities and achievements to be submitted to the IT Manager
-Contribute to and maintain system standards
-Test and evaluate new technologies
