Job Summary
Monitor and ensure that all vehicle that are serviced do not have any quality related issues that may adversely affect customer satisfaction and both operational & business objectives of the Service Department.
Job Requirements
- Saudi National is preferred
- Bachelor degree or Senior Technician Certificates as minimum requirement
- Minimum experience in related field is 2 years
- Advance Level of Product knowledge
- Advance Level of Service knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of proper procedures for work safety standards
- Through & up-to-date understanding of outstanding technical service bulletins.
