JOB PURPOSE
• The incumbent in this job is responsible for controlling the overall budget requirements of the terminal to ensure that all budgetary needs are met and controlled in accordance to finance requirements.
JOB KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Generates SAP Cost Report and maintains of sections’ cost report.
- Day to day, support and handles inquiries of all cost reports transactions of terminal leaders.
- Plans yearly budgetary requirements of the terminal according to the finance department guidelines and requirements.
- Performs bookkeeping activities, purchase requisition management, and Administration assistance.
- Integrates Quality, Environmental, and health, Safety management program principles in all work activities.
- Responsible for understanding the importance of budget monitoring and skilful in developing presentation materials.
