You will be accountable for ensuring that the stores comply with all standard operating procedures as follows:
• Perform regular analysis of finished goods delivered to stores for chemical and microbiological parameters.
• Record keeping of results.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for any non-conforming situations of finished goods based on analysis.
• Conduct audits/inspections to ensure that the stores comply with food safety and quality systems requirements.
• Coordinate with stake holders on closing findings of audits and inspections.
• Prepare timely, and accurate audit/inspection reports and share with the stakeholders.
• Liaise with any regulatory inspection, regulatory sample collections and submissions.
• Adherence to GLP, hygiene, and ISO requirements.
