Our company leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is in search of a seasoned Sales Account Manager with a strong engineering background to join our thriving team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our extensive product and service portfolio, which includes Structured Cabling, Low Current systems, Industrial Security, Audio Visual setups, IT Service Management Products, and more.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, leveraging your technical expertise to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions from our diverse technology offerings.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing clients, ensuring that our solutions align with their evolving technology needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to facilitate the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer expectations and objectives.
- Achieve sales quotas while promoting long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively manage and resolve client conflicts, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Generate regular progress reports and sales forecasts, using key account metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced engineering degrees or certifications will be considered favorably.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or Sales Account Manager within the technology industry.
- Demonstrable success in sales and delivering exceptional customer experience, ideally with a background in technical sales.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple account management projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
