Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.
Note: We are looking for Sales representative for Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam & Medina
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Prospecting and Acquisition:
· Identify and target potential clients through market research and cold calling.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address them.
3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals.
· Prepare and review sales contracts and proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Achieve month on month sales target
4. Sales Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
· Generate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and contribute to sales planning.
5. Market and Competitor Analysis:
· Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
· Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management.
6. Customer Feedback and Support:
· Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and customer support teams to drive product improvements.
· Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
