This position will hold the dual responsibility of P&L and Business Development for After Market Sales related to the upstream & midstream oil & gas operations in Dammam with the purpose of bringing low-cost service solutions to customers in the KSA regions, with the importance not to compromise safety or quality, and to ensure the high reputation of our company for the supply of equipment and aftermarket services such as installation, commissioning, retrofits, servicing, and spare parts.


THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

 Develop, generate, and build new and existing customer relationships.

 Control and coordinate inquiries for aftermarket business in accordance with customer

requirements, both internally and with customers.

 Generate new leads for Aftermarket business

 Include development after sales teams

 Prepare and submit Aftermarket proposals for site service and spare parts business.

 Travel to Customers' sites to assess and plan site work requirements.

 Review and approve proposals for submission prepared by others in the Aftermarket and

Engineering team.

 Prepare a strategy plan for the aftermarket department growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Hire and develop estimating staff for the aftermarket department once growth is established.

 Scheduling and coordinating proposals to tight deadlines, and in a timely manner.

 Providing reports on sales projections and CRM analysis for the Aftermarket business to the

General Manager.

 Providing technical support to clients at the front end of inquiries.

 Maintaining existing client relationships and building new client relationships.

 Developing new leads and opportunities to grow the Aftermarket business.

 Providing pre-contract award guidelines (drawings, budgets, procedural documents, and

more).

 Proposing changes for the way the company could improve its practices in the Aftermarket

department.

 Monitoring and managing the handover of completed Aftermarket projects to the client.

 Providing the best available technical/commercial solutions.

 Reviewing client commercial and technical requirements.

 Carry out research and due diligence on inquiries to bid or no bid.

 Reviewing and supporting man-hour estimates as required.


 Developing companies' estimating and price calculation programs for Aftermarket business.

 Keeping the company compliant with any countries that have embargoes or restrictions to trade.

 Ensuring that all aspects of the commercial and technical requirements are carried out in a

diligent and professional manner.

GENERAL:

 Provides motivation and familiarization of all departmental employees respecting the

importance of complying with company procedures and policies.

 Take reasonable steps to protect the health and safety of self, and others and comply with health

and safety policies.

 Takes part in major accident/incident investigation & the implementation of control measures.

 Visit client’s sites or offices to support the award of projects.

 Plan and coordinate with Service Engineers to mobilize manpower to client’s sites.

 Ensure that all equipment, parts, and any other goods are available for service work at the

client’s site prior to the Service Engineer’s mobilization.

 Review and approve site service reports prepared by the Service Engineer.

 Ensure all Service trip documents required by the client are completed, approved, and

submitted.

 Liaising with suppliers to gain quotes for parts and other equipment related to inquiries.

 Traveling to client’s sites to generate opportunities and support existing business.

 Oversee site services, retrofits, and spare parts opportunities.

 Responsible for the growth and development of the Aftermarket business as a whole.

 Develop and implement the required training & development programs for team members as per

project requirements.

 Undertake any other reasonable duties which are requested by management.
