Key responsibilities: -

● Providing performance reports and feedback regarding all types of Audits for Contact Centre agents (Telephone and conversation), for Employee (Grooming and Housekeeping).

● Handling complaints and feedback from our clients and directing them to the employee responsible and following up on them.

● Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer complaints.

● Escalate problems or variances in the information and data to the leader.

● Excellence in data collection and validation of accurate data.

● Analyzing the workflow and identifying areas of improvement to enhance productivity.

● Providing suggestions to uplift the customer’s experience. Qualifications: -

● Minimum Six months to one year of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

● Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Analytical skills to identify root causes of problems.

● Exceptional attention to detail to identify issues and inconsistencies.

● Ability to handle changing priorities and good judgment when working in stressful situations. Intermediate Level skills in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, knowledge of formulas, functions and Data accuracy.

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to document findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
