- Previous experience in pricing Mega Projects (200 million S.R and Above).
- Previous experience in pricing projects (Royal Commission, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of housing)
- Pricing of tenders in the field of (Civil works - Sewage- Electrical works - Roads - Traffic safety works.
- Previous experience on the (NEOM - Red Sea projects)
- Review the tender documents (including Instruction to Tender (ITT)) to analyze the prequalification requirements, and assign relevant tasks to tender engineer.
- Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
- Organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
- Prepare/ revise clarification sent to client and make sure that it is applied to final submission.
- Make sure that final direct cost is complying with project documents or list deviations if any.
- Assist in hand over the project related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarded.
- Prepare/ revise comparison sheet of related subcontractors/ suppliers offers.
- Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
