· Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets as per the Company’s target policy. • Achieve area sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change. • Achieve the monthly collection target of assigned account with no outstanding amounts beyond the agreed periods as per the company collection policy to contribute to the targeted cashflow percentage. • Provide reconciliation reports every 6 months or as company policy in addition to that annual reconciliation to be submitted on time with correct most up to date figures. • Set plans to achieve sales targets by customer and category group, based on channel share of overall sales target. • Build a thorough coverage plan to reach 100% of customers and achieve distribution target by customer and region. • Lead the contracts and Business Development Agreements (BDAs) preparation and negotiation with all customers within assigned region to achieve better optimization and put a full proposal for execution. • Implement 100% of signed contracts with Upper-Trade customers regarding physical spaces, display areas, deductions (rebates, commission, rentals), to ensure compliance of agreement. • Monitor the implementation of signed contracts and BDAs across all customers within assigned region through the sales and merchandising team, to ensure 100% compliance. • Work and collaborate with all relevant internal departments in order to develop the channel’s operations and increase sales. • Improve customer overall consumption, and categories growth for the established brand along with the new brands within the assigned region. • Assist the Channel Manager in achieving operational excellence and cost optimization across the sales and distribution business. • Develops and manages the customer budgets and forecasts to ensure that the customer achieves target sales goals and profit objectives. • Manage and accidents/incidents via thorough investigation and provide recommendations and take actions accordingly. • Analyze sales estimates, develop annual forecasts, and recommend goals for the Account to the Channel and Regional Manager. • Improve the quality of execution by applying category management and product planogram. • Build the team’s capabilities by ensuring ongoing on-the-job training, coaching, and regular 1:1 feedback to maximize their potential and capitalize on their strengths. • Identify training needs for the team to ensure their continuous development and boost their performance. • Cascade down the company’s strategies and individual KPIs to the team properly to ensure awareness and ownership.
