Responsibilities:
1- Medical Insurance
- Regular additions, deletions, promotions, demotion for employees & families
- Yearly policy renewal (benefited & quotations comparing, documents providing)
- Monthly review and follow-up with insurance invoices and payments.
2- Payroll
- Set up a monthly report (joiners, leavers, deductions, Overtime & employees leaves report)
- Update & follow up multiple payroll variables throughout the month and report it to finance at end of every month (IBAN updates, payment methods match WPS requirements)
- Monthly payroll reports review, cheques distribution, payments review, and answer employees’ inquiries regarding salaries.
3- Recruitment
- Setup salary details and benefits for each new employee to match ministry of human recourses requirements & company policy.
- Collect all required documents for hiring.
- Register new employees and their data for each month payroll reports
- Review new employees’ documents before hiring to ensure its compliance with company and labor law policies.
- Coordinate with PR dept and provide any required documents to register any new joiner to GOSI or to finalize his sponsorship transfer process.
- Issue employment contracts
4 -Leaves
- Create & set up annual leave balance excel sheet for all employees
- Response to all employee inquiries regarding leaves (balances & policies)
- Coordinate with other departments to complete employees leave request (PR dept to finalize visa, logistics to confirm and tools or vehicles clearance)
- Provide any requested report regarding leaves for departments heads.
5- Final Settlements
- Calculate final settlements for employees matching labor law & company policy.
- Finalize vehicles & tools clearance process for each resigned\terminated employee.
- Follow up with PR det and provide required data to exclude any resigned\terminated employee from GOSI\Muqeem
- Deliver final settlements cheques to each leaver and answer any inquiry regarding FS calculation
6- Management
- Coordinate with multiple sister companies managing different MNS projects.
- Calculate & break down salary details & other benefits (indirect cost) for any new project.
7- Reports & Support
- Create and maintain E files for all employees and provide any requested documents.
- Provide different reports for department heads.
- Provide a monthly HR status report for higher management.
