Monitor employee compliance with time and attendance policy and submit a monthly report to Personnel Supervisor on employee attendance highlighting late-comers and absences.

Prepare the appropriate disciplinary letters to employees who violate company policies and procedures.

Circulate to all employees (bulletin boards) all company policies and procedures as well official announcements, including holidays.

Process all requirements of employees who are leaving the company as a result of termination or resignation in accordance to company policies and procedures.

Conduct exit interview as part of the clearance system to gather data for improving employee service

Update database (SANED) of all employees (hired or left) periodically and ensure that all data is accurate

Approve or reject employee requests in accordance to company policies and procedures

Keep all personnel records well-organized and in safe place.

Keep track and coordinate to Personnel Supervisor all issues related to requests through the system.

Accumulate requests and prepare a monthly report of ticket encashment for payment

Monitoring and controlling overtime based on planned overtime and get approval from management accordingly

Manage contractor system, request and day-to-day requirements.

Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management.
